Our DOP Teruel Pork Loin, salted and seasoned with paprika and natural spices, with a slow curing process in our natural drying sheds.

When cut, it is characterised by the withplentiful fat marbling, as well as by an orange-red colour, with a creamy and juicy exture, giving a very special bouquet to our loin.
