We can assure that PASTOR cured ham is 100% NATURAL and ARTISANAL, exclusively produced with sea salt from the Mediterranean, with no nitrificants, artificial additives, colourings or preservatives. Our cured ham also contains high levels of vitamin B1, B6 and B12, as well as natural antioxidants.
