Our insignia cured meat, with a juicy and tender meat, made with noble parts of the DOP Teruel Pork, natural spices, plus a rigorous control of the curing process.
When cut it is characterised by a finemince and bright colouring, owing to the infiltration of fat in the muscles of a D.O Teruel pig. It has an intense pinkish colour and leaves a sweet smooth aroma and a unique flavour.
